Somewhat floral, nutty and delicately waxy aroma with calm yellow-fruity and restrained vegetal flavours. Clear, calm, finely juicy, hints of melting fruit, very fine acidity, a hint of candy and wax in the background, good persistence, fine tart spiciness, quite clear minerality in the background, herbal notes and black pepper, very good finish.
