Somewhat vegetal to herbaceous and very delicately smoky nose with restrained, almost cool, light yellow-fruity aromas and mineral notes. Quite firm, rather tart fruit, fine acidity and lots of phenolic grip, herbaceous, smoky and nutty notes, good persistence, slightly minty and chive-like tones, citrus zest in the background, a hint of bergamot, hints of wax, gains a slightly sweetish melt with air, but retains its grip, very good finish.

Best to drink: Mitte 2024 bis 2029+. What our ratings mean
