Sweet, somewhat vegetal aroma of dried and candied yellow fruits with notes reminiscent of mustard cucumber and hints of yellow spice. Firmly woven, very sweet fruit with present, yet quite fine acidity, candy notes on the palate, delicate vegetal tones with mustard cucumber and some radish, salt in the background, persistent and concentrated, good depth, very good, sweet, juicy finish with grip and bite.
