Somewhat smoky, bacony, nutty and vegetal to herbal aroma of light yellow fruit with a hint of dried mushrooms and undergrowth. Polished, completely dry fruit with a delicate melt and some nutty wood flavours, fine acidity, slightly drying tannins, certain persistence, hints of Earl Grey, chalky minerality, good to very good finish.
