Somewhat nutty, herbal and delicately floral bouquet with restrained, quite fine yellow fruity aromas and a hint of smoke. Firm, very delicately melting, completely dry fruit, fine mousseux, nutty aromas and hints of light chocolate, delicately smoky and tobacco hints, a hint of mushrooms, good persistence, very good finish.
