Cool, firm and quite deep, slightly herbal and a hint of yeasty fragrance with fine, rather bright yellow fruity aromas, some minerality and floral nuances. Ripe, juicy, youthful fruit, very fine acidity and restrained yellow spice, floral nuances, also still yeasty, delicate herbal tones, persistent and dense on the palate, quite distinct minerality, still rather undeveloped, very good, firm, relatively juicy finish with grip, plenty of pull and lots of chalky minerality.
