Firm and deep, rather cool, noble bouquet with fine, light yellow fruity and delicate floral aromas, nutty traces, very fine herbal spice, hints of light tobacco and minerality. Taut, again cool, polished, juicy, noble, cool fruit, lively, very fine acidity, grip of crumbly tannin, yeasty and floral nuances, very delicately nutty on the palate, a touch of seaweed, persistent, good substance and depth, elegant style, enormous, tart stony-salty minerality, hints of yellow spice, a little tobacco, very good, firm, completely dry finish with grip and plenty of pull. Only slowly shows what it can do on the third day.
