Taut, somewhat tobacco and a hint of floral scent with fine yellow fruity aromas, some yeast, hints of nuts and mineral tones. Ripe, juicy, not completely dry yellow fruit with hints of yellow spice, very fine acidity, delicate grip, persistent on the palate, a tiny trace of blackberry, delicate fennel notes, certain depth, clear, tart, chalky-stony minerality, very good, firm, fine-juicy and spicy finish with traces of tobacco, intense minerality and lots of tension. Gains weight over days and should definitely be matured.

Best to drink: Mitte 2025 bis 2035+. What our ratings mean
