Tart, firm, somewhat vegetal to slightly ethereal-herbal citrus-stone fruit nose with floral nuances, a hint of wax, resin and mineral tones. Quite firm, rather bright yellow fruit, some acid bite and grip of friable, still very slightly drying tannin, yeasty, herbal to ethereal and clear, cold mineral notes, persistent on the palate, a little vegetal, reminiscent of celery, has power and density, at the same time also cooling elements, some saffron, still undeveloped and a touch rough, very good, firm finish with delicate sweetness.
