Quite dense and deep, a touch waxy, a little vegetal fragrance with yellow fruity and delicate floral tones as well as hints of yellow spice and medicinal herbs. Firmly woven, juicy fruit with moderate sweetness and present acidity, grippy on the palate, fine vegetal aromas, a hint of mustard pickle and peppery nuances, persistent and dense, herbal tones reminiscent of chives, clear minerality, some depth, still undeveloped, very good, firm, juicy, very mineral and fresh-vegetable finish.
