Slightly floral and a touch vegetal, a little yellow-spicy fragrance with calm yellow-fruity aromas, a touch of wax, laurel and quite clearly aniseed and fennel. Quite juicy, not completely dry fruit with delicate candy notes, herbs, nutty and slightly tobacco aromas as well as dried floral traces, quite fine acidity and some grip of crumbly tannin, lasting, good substance, clear, stony minerality with chalky and salty tones, laurel again, a touch of chanterelles, good depth, very good, quite gripping, despite delicate sweetness rather tart finish. Increases over several days at the moment.
