Firm, dense and deep, rather bright, still yeasty, also vegetal, delicately floral and quite clearly mineral aroma with cool citrus and stone fruit aromas as well as very delicate wood barrel notes. Clear, taut, juicy, bright, decidedly noble fruit, present, fine acidity and grip, distinctly yeasty notes, vegetal and slightly floral tones, intense minerality that completely displaces the fruit on the palate, tightly woven and deep, still completely undeveloped, has polish, cool and also very slightly warm elements, has freshness, but at the same time still seems quite compact and almost caged, certain melting, deep and complex, becomes more and more touching with air, long, concentrated, light-juicy, yeasty and intensely salty finish. Currently untouchable
