Translate to English Fester, deutlich pflanzlicher und ein wenig erdig-mineralischer Duft mit verhaltenen gelbfruchtigen Noten. Reife, dennoch eher verhaltene, recht saftige Frucht mit deutlich vegetabilen Aromen, straffe, feine, leicht zitronige Säure, ganz leicht süßlich wirkend am Gaumen, gute Substanz und Nachhaltigkeit, hefige Spuren, mürber Gerbstoff, recht deutliche, etwas salzige Mineralik, sehr guter, ganz leicht gedeckter Abgang mit Biss.
