Very firm, deep nose, hint of tobacco, vegetal, earthy and mineral notes, citrus and stone fruit, some sugar candy, hint of yellow spice, nutty notes, sunflower seeds, hint of root vegetables in the background. Tart, cool and firm on the palate, restrained fruit, prominent vegetal, earthy and salty mineral notes, firm grip, fairly prominent acidity, still largely undeveloped, passion fruit in the background, very good substance and depth, vibrant, totally unapproachable at this stage, very good, long, firm finish, tart and juicy with gripping mineral notes.
