Very firm, deep nose, prominent yellow spice, light yeasty notes, ripe, partly dried yellow fruit, hint of bacon, some parsnips, prominent mineral notes. Ripe, juicy, concentrated fruit on the palate, more prominent yellow spice, vegetal notes reminiscent of parsnips, elegant acidity, persistent, light yeasty notes, intense mineral notes, light grip, good depth, still young, slightly smoky, hint of tobacco, very good firm, juicy, tart, spicy finish.
