Developed, deep and complex, slightly caramel-like scent of ripe yellow fruits with nutty aromas, some herbs, a hint of yellow spice and tobacco with buttery traces and floral notes. Ripe, very dense, juicy, yet tart fruit, nutty plant-like to herbal and again a hint of caramel-buttery aromas, deep, multi-layered and persistent on the palate, slightly herbal, extremely salty, slightly creamy texture, very fine acidity, delicate grip, a hint of rock candy, has inner calm and strength, very long, juicy, finely spicy and again very mineral finish with plenty of emphasis. Becomes increasingly exciting and complex in the air.

Best to drink: Jetzt, wenn es unbedingt sein muss, aber irgendwann macht er wahrscheinlich völlig zu und braucht dann einige Jahre, bis er sich wieder öffnet. Dann bis 2035+.

Dicht und konzentriert im Mund, reife, saftige, feinwürzige Frucht, teils kandiert wirkend, lebhafte, sehr feine, den Wein regelrecht marmorierende Säure, reifer Gerbstoff, griffig, tief und sehr Nachhaltigkeit am Gaumen, viel Kraft ohne jegliche Schwere, komplexe Würze und enorme Mineralik, tabakige Nuancen, auch getrocknet-vegetabile Aromen, kompakter Bau, noch extrem jung, wenn auch schon trügerisch zugänglich, salzig, ungemein Griffig, hinterlässt auch lange nach dem Schlucken über den ganzen Mundraum verteilt immer wieder kleine aromatische Explosionen, mandelige Beitöne, sehr langer, vielschichtiger Nachhall.
