Tart, clearly herbal, reminiscent of seaweed and mussel shells and still a touch yeasty with restrained, bright, partly green fruit notes. Bright, first quite sweet, with air tighter and more tart fruit with yeasty, herbal and slightly floral aromas, fine acidity, some grip, chalky tones on the palate, some persistence, floral nuances, a little juniper, rosemary and bacon, good to very good finish with noticeable sweetness, but also a lot of bite
