Right cool, somewhat vegetable, almond-like and delicately floral nose with bright yellow fruits, a hint of wild herbs, and suggested root vegetables. Straightforward, delicately sweet fruit with nuances reminiscent of black currants and mint, lively acidity, light grip, certain sustainability, salty and chalky tones, good to very good finish with herbal freshness and a touch of rhubarb.
