Earthy, root vegetable and nutty aroma with core fruit notes, sunflower seeds, and a hint of citrus peel and fresh herbal undertones. Relatively juicy fruit with some yellow spice, herbal notes, and again sunflower seeds, light green herbal bitterness on the palate, a hint of radish, slightly drying tannin, lively acidity, almond and peppery tones, some warmth, good to very good, slightly mineral finish that dries a bit nutty-woody.
