Vegetal and slightly nutty, with a hint of legumes, a rather herbaceous yellow fruit note, suggested smoke, a touch of pepper, and mineral notes. Quite juicy fruit with nutty and suggested yellow-spicy tones, a bit of pineapple and vegetable nuances, lively acidity, light grip, chalky-salty minerality, smoky in the background, a hint of nutmeg, still a trace of yeast, very good, quite firm finish.

Best to drink: Ende 2024 bis 2027+. What our ratings mean
