Slightly vegetal and a hint of nutty aroma with rather bright, pome fruit accentuated yellow fruit aromas. Relatively bright, very sweet, partly dried fruit with lively acidity and some carbonic acid, still yeasty traces on the palate, almondy hints and vegetal nuances, good persistence, still undeveloped, chalky-salty tones in the background, has bite, very good, very sweet, juicy finish.

Best to drink: Mitte 2024 bis 2040+. What our ratings mean
