Nutty and slightly vegetal scent with rather restrained yellow-fruity aromas, hints of yellow spice, a touch of red fruits and smoky traces. Ripe, quite juicy, somewhat melting fruit, fine acidity and again nutty and yellow-spicy tones, a hint of fennel, good substance and persistence, medium power, some phenolic grip, a hint of exoticism on the palate, salty tones, hints of herbs and bacon, a touch of pepper, very good, grippy finish with juice, some acid bite and yellow spice.

Best to drink: 2024-2029+. What our ratings mean
