Tart, clear, bright yellow fruity and clearly vegetal nose with yellow fruity and floral notes and a hint of rhubarb. Ripe, melting, warm fruit, vegetal, slightly nutty and a little reminiscent of rice leaves, fine acidity and some grip, persistent and powerful on the palate, clear, tart, light minerality, nutty hints, slightly muted on the palate, cereal nuances, rather moderate acidity, very good, tart, mineral and somewhat nutty finish.
