Quite firm, tart, planty to herbal, somewhat yeasty and a hint of smoky aroma with nutty and restrained yellow fruity aromas, hints of yellow spice, minerality and a hint of butter. Ripe, somewhat melting and slightly warm fruit, again nutty aromas, some smoke and yellow spice, almost a little tobacco on the palate, grip of crumbly tannin and fine acidity, lasting, quite noble minty tones, some depth, clear mineral spice, hints of butter in the background, has substance and some power, very good, firm, spicy and mineral finish, again with grip.

Best to drink: Bis 2026+. What our ratings mean
