Translate to English Herber, fester, ganz leicht pfeffriger und deutlich vegetabiler Duft nach Sellerie und Majoran mit zurückhaltenden gelbfruchtigen Aromen und mineralischen Tönen. Fest gewirkte, reife, etwas schmelzige Frucht, feine Säure und Griff von mürbem Gerbstoff, deutlich vegetabile Aromen, zart nussige und pfeffrige Töne im Hintergrund, deutliche Mineralik, mittlere Kraft, eher dunkler Hintergrund, rauchige Spuren, sehr guter, straffer, herb-saftiger, etwas schmelziger ud wieder sehr mineralischer Abgang mit kräuteriger Würze.

Editor note: Clear, somewhat yeasty and delicately nutty, also a little vegetal aroma with calm, tart, quite noble yellow-fruity aromas, smoky traces and clear minerality. Taut, tangy, relatively cool fruit, lively, very fine acidity and some grip, persistent, somewhat smoky and yeasty on the palate, present, bright, salty minerality, certain depth, has tension, hints of white pepper in the background, herbal and floral nuances, very good, firm, tangy and again very mineral finish. Has class.
