Translate to English Hefiger, eine Spur erdiger und laktisch-krautiger und pflanzlicher Kern- und Steinobstduft mit Zitrusaromen, floralen Tönen und deutlicher Mineralik. Süßlich-saftige, geschliffene Frucht im Mund, hochfeine, präsente Säure, deutlich hefige Aromen und vegetabile Noten, ein wenig Kandis, gewisse Kräuterwürze, im Hintergrund Mineralik, hat Griff und feinen Biss, noch sehr jung, aber bereits ziemlich charmant, wieder florale Anklänge und milchig-krautige Spuren, gute Nachhaltigkeit und etwas Tiefe, sehr guter, feinsaftiger und mineralischer Abgang.
