Relatively cool, light floral, vegetal to herbaceous and hint of bacon on the nose, yellow fruit, hint of lemon balm and fennel. Bright, still youthful fruit with a delicately sweetish mellowness, yeasty nuances, a hint of red berries and butter, fine acidity, has some grip, certain persistence, salty tones, good to very good finish with a certain tension.
