Root vegetable and a slightly nutty aroma with core fruit notes, floral traces, a bit of bamboo and restrained barrel tones. Slim, cool, tart fruit, nutty aromas, a hint of butter and root as well as a bit of cabbage, very fine acidity, good sustainability, chalky-salty tones and shellfish in the background, fresh parsley, a hint of pepper, smoky nuances, very good, juicy and quite firm, bitter finish with bite and minerality.
