Translate to English Recht deutlich an gelagertes Wurzelgemüse erinnernde Nase mit verhaltenen gelbfruchtigen Aromen und auch ein wenig frischem Kohlrabi. Helle, etwas schmelzige Frucht, wieder an Kohlrabi erinnernde gemüsige Töne, moderate Säure, gewisse Wärme, etwas Nachhaltigkeit, fenchelige Noten im Hintergrund, recht guter, relativ weicher und ein wenig warmer Abgang.
