Slightly mushroomy and dried vegetal scent with a little warm red and black berry aromas, undergrowth, nutty, meaty and floral traces and a touch of roasted pork rind. Ripe, warm fruit with smoky, nutty and a little tobacco spice, dark ethereal notes in the background, some coffee grounds and bitter chocolate, hints of dried mushrooms, good persistence, slightly drying tannin, has power, quite clearly salt, very good, warm, again only a little drying finish that gains juice with air.
