Nutty, a little yeasty, dried-vegetable and a touch bacony aroma with pome fruit flavours. Ripe, very slightly warm, sweetish fruit with light wood notes, some butter, yeast and nutty flavours, moderate acidity, some grip, some power and persistence, good, sweetish finish
