2021 Syrah trocken Rosé, Württemberg, Germany

Relatively cool, somewhat nutty, spicy and dried-herbal stone fruit scent with a hint of black berries, pepper and fennel. Lean, not quite dry fruit with ethereal-herbal hints, lively, almost present acidity, delicate grip, good persistence, hints of tobacco and chalk, some salt, good to very good finish with bite.
