Dark, somewhat spicy, nutty and a little dried herbal scent of partly preserved black berries with a little Amarena cherries and mint. Juicy, rather tart, quite polished fruit with some acidity, some nutty wood tones as well as a hint of citrus zest, fine sandy tannin, some persistence, hints of rosemary, salty tones, good to very good finish. A lot of wine for the money.
