Tart, relatively firm, somewhat dried-vegetable to herbal aroma of predominantly dark berries and a little cherry with peppery aromas and a hint of dried flowers. Tart, juicy, again rather dark fruit, a little dried-vegetable to herbal aromas, peppery and very slightly bacony tones, some grip of ripe tannin, good persistence, certain tension, salt in the background, has freshness and bite, smoky traces, very good, tart-juicy and somewhat smoky finish. Skilful.
