Somewhat vegetal to dried herbal, nutty and hinted ethereal scent of partly preserved red berries with a hint of dried mushrooms. Straightforward, lean fruit with a slight acid bite, some nutty and slightly smoky wood notes as well as a hint of mint, fine sandy tannin, good persistence, salty and chalky tones, in a good to very good, only slightly drying finish.
