Relatively dark, somewhat spicy, nutty and hinted smoky aroma of mixed, partly preserved berries and a little cherries with a hint of cinnamon. Lean, not quite dry fruit with spicy wood aromas, sandy, a little drying tannin, herbal aromas in the background, earthy tones, hints of Brazil nut and dried mushrooms in the good, again a little drying finish.

Editor note: Firm aroma of ripe black berries with some toasty wood spice, a little juniper, dried herbs and a hint of bacon. Tart dark fruit, smoky notes and present, somewhat sandy and drying tannin, slight acid bite, bacon and mushroomy tones, salty nuances, citrus zest in the background, also a little drying in the finish.
