Vegetal nose somewhat reminiscent of leek and pak choi with bright yellow fruity aromas, yeasty traces, a little mint and smoke. Tart, juicy, rather tightly knit, dry fruit, clearly herbal, again slightly minty spice, some grip and fine acidity, persistent on the palate, a touch peppery, lots of tart minerality in the background, hints of citrus zest, very good finish, again with grip, plus lots of salt and some mint.

Best to drink: 2024-2029+. What our ratings mean
