Firm, slightly herbal, cool and fresh citrus-stone fruit scent with fine spice and distinct earthy-mineral notes. Cool, fine-juicy, restrained fruit, herbal-vegetable aromas and distinct minerality, fine acidity, some grip, persistent, some depth, has bite, rather firm construction, still undeveloped, very good, tight, relatively tart finish with cool juice, lots of minerality, acid bite and herbal spice.
