Herbaceous to slightly herbaceous and a hint of yeast on the nose with very light yellow fruity notes and chalky hints. Somewhat yeasty, bacony, smoky and nutty in the mouth, very light fruit with lively acidity and a delicate tannin touch, floral traces, light wood notes, chalky minerality in the background, good substance and persistence, has power, also a certain melting and warmth, very good, firm, juicy finish
