Clearly planty and a little yeasty nose with restrained, light yellow fruity notes, earthy nuances and floral hints. Straightforward, light fruit, planty to herbal and delicately yeasty tones, some touch, tart nutty traces, quite lively acidity, some persistence, mineral tones in the background, good to very good finish with a touch of bacon and salt
