Clear nose, yeasty notes, elegant vegetal notes, yellow fruit with prominent pomaceous notes, mineral traces. Still very yeasty on the palate, juicy fruit, elegant acidity, light grip, persistent, slightly salty, hint of tobacco, integrated tannins, hint of white pepper, very delicately creamy on a good, slightly salty finish.
