Very concentrated, viscous, partly dried, candied and preserved fruit, tremendously sweet, very elegant acidity, concentrated and persistent, almost treacly viscosity, reminiscent of apricot syrup, elegant floral and herbaceous traces in the background, good depth, more traces of malt and iodine, caramel, but also has prominent fresh aromas, long, creamy, wonderfully juicy and extremely sweet finish. Could almost be used to spread it on bread.
