Slightly dried vegetal and still a little yeasty with light yellow fruity aromas and floral and herbal nuances. Ripe, juicy, warm fruit with a slightly sweetish melt and light wood spice, delicately smoky and nutty, vegetal tones, fine acidity, some grip, good persistence and substance, vanilla aromas, a hint of red berries, minerality becoming clearer with air, very good, again somewhat warm and sweetishly juicy, but also firm finish with light wood aromas
