Tart, firm nose, light vegetal, earthy and mineral notes, restrained yellow fruit, nutty and yeasty traces, prominent mineral notes. Very firm, tart fruit on the palate, creamy, ripe tannins provide firm grip, nutty and yeasty notes, touch of yellow spice, salty mineral notes and a hint of bacon in the background, still undeveloped, some depth, elegant acid bite, very lively, nutty and spicy traces on a very good, tart, gripping, spicy, fresh, juicy, mineral finish.
