Tart dried-vegetable and slightly earthy nose with blackberry notes, a hint of cherries and leathery hints. Lean, quite juicy fruit, some acid bite and crumbly tannin, delicately smoky and nutty flavours, delicate, sweet melting, a hint of carbonic acid, quite juicy finish with slightly smoky and juniper spice.
