Firm, slightly nutty and a hint of yeasty fragrance of ripe yellow fruits with herbal to slightly herbaceous and hinted floral aromas. Ripe, juicy, relatively sweet fruit with nutty, yeasty and fine vegetable aromas, lively acidity, some grip, good substance and persistence, has power, a little candy in the background, mineral tones, very good, quite firm and quite juicy, again relatively sweet finish with hinted yellow spice
