Im Mund recht fest und kräftig, reife Frucht mit kräuteriger und auch mineralischer Würze, fester Bau, feine Säure und deutliche Kohlensäure, gute Nachhaltigkeit am Gaumen, etwas Tiefe, guter Abgang.
