Translate to English Tiefe und komplexe, an Honigkuchen, Brioche, Karamell und Mokka erinnende Nase. Cremig im Mund, sehr süß, Melasse und Akazienhonig, hat durchaus Tiefgang und Substanz, eher moderate Säure, sahnige Karamellnoten, Töne von kandierten Zitronen am Gaumen, auch Honigmelone, sehr langer, honigartiger und wieder sahniger Abgang. Erinnert in seiner zeitlosen Art an Malaga-Süßweine.

Sehr konzentriert im Mund, dick und süß, wieder brotige Aromen, aber mehr Frucht als in der Nase, Karamell, Honig, kandiertes Obst, moderate Säure, tief und nachhaltig am Gaumen, sehr lang. Gewinnt mit der Reife vermutlich noch an Komplexität.
