2002 Uelversheim Schloss Huxelrebe Trockenbeerenauslese, Rheinhessen, Germany

Quite intense nose, elegantly spicy, very typical aromas of candied fruit, quinces, oranges, anise and cardamom. Very sweet, juicy fruit, extremely racy acidity, piquant, again anise and cardamom spice on the palate, firm structure, candied citrus fruit, apricots and honey on the palate, sweet finish with more than a hint of acidity, caramel and lots of candied fruit.
