Cool, very typical nose of artichokes, some hay, apples and citrus fruit. Dense and juicy fruit, very clean, with quite prominent but ripe and elegantly proportioned acidity, good substance, persistent, taste of pumpkin seed on the palate, powerful, gripping, good finish.
